If you’re getting into dungeons, you’re probably wondering what items you should have. Or, if you watch others do dungeons, you may notice them using a variety of different items. In this article, I’ll go over the essential items you should have if you want to play dungeons effectively.
Aspect of the Void
Every good dungeon player has an Aspect of the Void with the Etherwarp ability. The Etherwarp ability allows players to travel to the top of a block as long as there are no blocks obstructing the way. This is incredibly useful for dungeon routes, helping you speed up your run times.
Efficiency 10 Diamond Pickaxe
Another extremely useful item is the Efficiency 10 diamond pickaxe. It allows you to instantly break almost every block within the dungeon. This item is especially helpful for secret routes, as well as for floors like F7 and M7. The reason you want a diamond pickaxe over a golden one is that the diamond pickaxe has a higher breaking power, which enables it to mine blocks instantly that the golden pickaxe can’t.
Gyrokinetic Wand
If you’re a Master Mode player, the Gyrokinetic Wand is invaluable. It allows you to clear rooms faster by sucking all the mobs into one spot, making it easier to eliminate them when they’re clumped together.
Infinileap & Infinityboom TNT
The Infinileap isn’t necessarily required, but it is very convenient. With this item, you don’t have to keep pulling more Spirit Leaps out of your sack since it has infinite uses. The Infiniboom works in the same way—it’s not essential, but it’s nice to have for convenience.
These are the items most players use, and I highly recommend having them. They make dungeon runs a lot easier and more efficient.
