Recently, I hit Enderman Slayer 9!
Very nice, I get 15% more chance to spawn rare creatures.
(In case you’re wondering, I was doing Tier 1’s to hit 1M Enderman XP exactly.)
Aside from that, how much money does Enderman Slayer actually make? I’ll break down the expected profits:
Cost
To spawn each boss, it costs $50,000 coins. So that’s how much you’ll lose if you accidentally die to it or leave the lobby, or if it despawns due to a Dragon fight finishing.
Note that your boss still despawn in certain areas of the Void Sepulture (mostly the area closer to the entrance). When that happens, you’ll need to talk to Maddox to cancel the current slayer, as swapping lobbies doesn’t update the counter.
Since the player will need to do about 1800 bosses to hit Enderman Slayer 9, this will cost 90,000,000 coins.
Time To Spawn Each Boss
At the moment, I am able to spawn and defeat the boss (i.e., complete one full slayer cycle) in about 2:15 – 2:30 on average.
Average Time Per Boss | Time To Do 1800 Of These |
2:15 | 67.5 hours |
2:30 | 75 hours |
2:45 | 82.5 hours |
3:00 | 90 hours |
Soulflow
Each Soulflow pile costs about $15,000 from the Bazaar and grants 160 ⸎ Soulflow. Therefore, each individual ⸎ Soulflow costs about 94 coins.
Final Destination Armor
- Final Destination Armor is really important for me, as I spam right-click the boss using my Hyperion. I can do about 3.2m damage per right-click to the boss.
- This costs 2 ⸎ Soulflow every 5 seconds, when shifting. Pretty much the whole time that I am slaying the Voidling Fanatics to slaying the boss, I am shifting. As such, it will cost between 54 and 60 ⸎ Soulflow per boss. As such, the cost to use Final Destination armor with 57 ⸎ Soulflow will cost about 3,500 coins.
- Doing this 1,800 times, this will cost 6,300,000 coins.
Handy Blood Chalice
- The Handy Blood Chalice grants +20 // Ferocity. This is really good as it pretty much gives me an extra hit every 5 hits, increasing my damage per second by 20%.
- This costs 1 ⸎ Soulflow every 5 seconds in combat. I am pretty much in combat the entire time. As such, the cost to use this will cost about 1,750 coins per boss.
- Doing this 1,800 times, this will cost 3,150,000 coins.
Profits
Null Spheres
Each boss will drop anywhere between 105 to 155 Null Spheres, according to the Wiki. Taking the average, you’ll get about 130.
Each one currently sells for about 1,100 coins on the Bazaar, making each boss drop 143,000 coins in Null Spheres.
Doing 1,800 of these bosses, you’ll earn 257,400,000 coins in Null Spheres alone.
RNG Drops
We’ll only consider some of the RNG drops. With this, we’ll assume the player has 200 Magic Find. (This number is actually quite low, and most end-game players can get this number higher).
Judgement Core
- This is what you should set your RNG meter to. The drop chance of this is 0.06% (about 1 in 1,667 bosses). However, with 200 Magic find, the drop chance becomes tripled, and it becomes in 1/556 bosses. Players will fight roughly 1800 Voidgloom bosses before hitting Enderman Slayer 9. The average player will drop around 3-4 cores before hitting Enderman Slayer 9. It becomes even higher with the RNG meter now boosting the rates even further, meaning the player should on average get 4-5 cores before hitting Enderman Slayer 9. Each one currently sells for 380 million coins. If the player drops 3 before hitting Enderman Slayer 9, they will be earning 1,140,000,000 coins in Cores alone.
Smarty Pants
- You’ll get a decent amount of these. The drop chance is 1.76% (about 1 in 57 bosses). However, with 200 Magic find, it becomes about 1 in 19 bosses. This means with 1800 bosses, you should get about 94 of these. Each one sells for about 500,000 coins. So, you’ll be earning 47,000,000 in Smarty Pants 1 books alone.
Exceedingly Rare Ender Artifact Upgrader
- I actually did not drop any on my journey to Enderman 9. The drop chance of this is 0.03% (about 1 in 3,333 bosses). However, with 200 Magic find, the drop chance is 1/1111. So you should on average get between 1 and 2 of these. The price of this isn’t great, at about 28,000,000. So, you’ll earn 28,000,000 coins worth of Exceedingly Rare Ender Artifact Upgraders on your journey to Enderman Slayer 9.
Those are all of the RNG drops that I’ll be considering. There are lots more, like Summoning Eyes, Handy Blood Chalice, Enchant Runes, Pocket Espresso Machines, etc, and so your actual profits from Enderman Slayer 9 should actually be higher than this calculation.
Net Profit
Item | Profit |
Cost to Spawn Each Boss | -90,000,000 |
Soulflow (Final Destination Armor) | -6,300,000 |
Soulflow (Handy Blood Chalice) | -3,150,000 |
Null Spheres | 257,400,000 |
Judgement Core (3) | 1,140,000,000 |
Smarty Pants (94) | 47,000,000 |
Exceedingly Rare Ender Artifact Upgrader (1) | 28,000,000 |
Total | 1,372,950,000 |
So, the player should roughly make close to 1.4b over their journey to Enderman Slayer 9 (with below average luck).
Assuming 80 hours to reach Enderman Slayer 9, you’ll be earning 17.5m/hr. I was able to do it in close to 70-72 hours (see the time calculations up here).
Enderman Slayer still is very profitable, even though it’s been out for over a year. Considering that I haven’t even factored in the other RNG drops, such as Purple Twilight Poison, and I only assumed 200 Magic Find, the profit estimate here is on the low end. If you’re able to get even higher magic find, then your profits are even greater!
