So, I’ve had this great idea about having a Legendary Reinhardt for a little while.
Here it is:

Reinhardt: Thunder’s Wrath
- HP: 41, Atk: 68, Spd: 18, Def: 14, Res: 14
- BST: 155
- Blue Tome Flier
Here’s an explanation of all of the weapons and skills:
Dire Lightning
- Mt: 9
- Grants Atk+3, Spd-2. Unit attacks twice. (Even if foe initiates combat, unit attacks twice.) Disables foe’s skills that change attack priority. Disables foe’s skills that “reduces damage from foe’s second attack onward.” Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). If Special triggers before or during combat, grants Special cooldown count-2 after combat. At start of combat, if unit’s Atk ≥ Foe’s Atk+3, inflicts Atk/Res-4 on foe during combat and foe cannot make a follow-up attack. At start of turn, if unit is adjacent to any ally, unit can move 1 extra space. (That turn only. Stacks with similar skills.) At start of turn, inflicts status onto foes within 5 spaces that prevents foes from using or receiving an assist skill and prevents foes from teleporting or be teleported to (from skills such as Wings of Mercy).
Luna+
- Charge: 4
- Treats foe’s Def/Res as if reduced by 100% during combat.
Atk/Spd Solo 4
- Unit can counterattack regardless of foe’s range. If unit is not adjacent to an ally, grants Atk/Spd+10 during combat.
Vantage 4
- If unit’s HP ≤ 100% and foe initiates combat, unit can counterattack before foe’s first attack. If unit’s HP ≥ 50% and foe initiates combat, unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack, and at start of combat, if unit’s HP ≥ 50%, inflicts Special cooldown charge -1 on foe per attack. (Only highest value applied. Does not stack.)
Res Smoke 3
- Inflicts Res-7 on foes within 2 spaces of target through their next actions after combat.
