Another Grand Hero Battle content. This time it’s Berkut, the Prideful Prince. He’s the first in line to the Rigelian throne. Prideful, but loves Rinea with all his heart. He appears in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. This contains discussion on the Berkut Grand Hero Battle.

There are 3 modes to battle Berkut:
- Hard with 3 stars Berkut as the reward
- Lunatic with 4 stars Berkut as the reward
- Infernal with 4 stars Berkut and 2,000 feathers as the reward
Defeating this map on Lunatic and Infernal mode are actually pretty hard, but once you figure out a strategy, it’s actually not that hard. The main trick is to split up Berkut armies to 2. Once they split up and lose all of those hone and fortify buff, then it’s just a matter of time of when our heroes will win the battle.
Berkut has low speed and pretty low res, so speedy mage will defeat him easily.
Archer uses Firesweep Bow+, meaning nobody can counter attack. He has low speed. So, use speed to our advantage to knock him out.
Axe cavalier is quite strong. Make sure to bring somebody with ruby sword or triangle advantage sword hero to handle him.
Red mage is actually quite troublesome. His res is very high on Lunatic and extremely high on Infernal. So, we need somebody to defeat him with melee attack. Make sure to defeat him in 1 turn, otherwise he will defeat you as his attack power is also very high.
Green mage is pretty normal.
Lance cavalier (only in Infernal mode) is quite strong but slow. So, bring an axe hero (Legion). Let him attack Legion in turn 1 and Legion will defeat him.
Berkut Grand Hero Battle is available until the end of the day of 7/24. So, get him while you can.
